Pack Your Device
Place the product in its original packaging including all power adapters, mounting kits, and manuals to ensure a successful inspection and refund process.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
